LIVE REPORT
The concert which used Theremin, the cello, the digital piano, and the
music software tool at the France restaurant "chez DAIGO" in
Tokyo Iidabashi on Mon., November 1, 2004 was held.
The singular genius and the gifted musician N. Ubukata who are a
synthesizer player live in Kyoto now. ERI and Mie lives in Tokyo.
The server for music work was installed and it connected with the Internet.
A PDF score, streaming MP3, and the data of DigitalPerfoermer were prepared
transmitting and receiving on the Internet.
Sun., October 31.N. Ubukata who arrived by airbus to Tokyo goes into
rehearsal studio, he makes MIDI connection of the software MX4 synthesizer
just announced from MOTU, and begins a sound design.
ERI and Mie were performing the fixed rehearsal from the 3rd week in studio in October.
And the concert started.
ERI which performs theremin perfectly. It will be made to recognize that
Theremin is a musical instrument to be sure. Mie who performs the digital
piano P90 which plays acoustic sound, and a splendid cello.
The software MOTU MX4 newest synthesizer which appeared as if it expressed
respect in the oldest electronic musical instrument in the world invented
in 1920.
Gymnopedie which made full use of various musical instruments, and was
arranged in the original world. And Gelsomina which attaches neither whom
nor a thought as probably performing by theremin. A melody also with a
beautiful original musical piece.
The perfect arrangement by the musical instrument by which individuality is different, respectively is wonderful.
The performances of a total of 15 music including encore were performed.
